Spring has SPRUNG and Summer is just around the corner. With Summer comes the last day of school, vacations, later bedtimes for the kids, and a host of other things to do.
During your summer planning don't forget to allow a few minutes a day or week for some fun reading. There's not a better way to excercise your mind while relaxing than sitting on the porch with a good book.
Face it, our kids can only play so much. There comes a time when they utter those words we all wish they'd never learned....."I'm BORED!".
So take time to go to the library and visit the Mystery section or point them in the direction of some great Presidential history.

It's so important to try to get children interested in reading! Thankfully I'm lucky...my oldest son enjoys reading. My two youngest (twins) do enjoy being read to. Nice post!
