JKL: Wow! There are a lot of pet lovers out there. What can you offer those of us with pets we consider our family?
AP: At Awesome Pets we will be able to offer a variety of pet needs for your dog, cat, bird, fish/aquarium, and other small pets. Most of all, we will offer our products at reasonable prices with over the top customer service! Besides, where would we be without our customers?
JKL: That's good to hear! We need more online stores with those values and ethics. Side note: Bonanza has just that kind of reputation.
JKL: Why did you decide to open a pet supply store...and on Bonanza? There are plenty of other places on the internet to start a business?
AP: We've been selling online for over 10 years at those "other" places until we found Bonanza. Bonanza is a fun, friendly, helpful community and the prices are right. You won't get "fee'd to death" as a seller or buyer at http://www.bonanza.com/. Why pet supplies? Because I personally know how difficult it is to find a good, solid supplier for all of my pet needs. Sure, I could go to the big box stores and pick up some off brand stuff but will it last? Is it good quality? What about customer service...am I just a number in that long line of customers? At Awesome Pets, every customer is important. Every customer has a name. Every customer has a very important member of their family that may need a Zodiak Flea/Tick System, or a nice collar or lead to show off on their daily walks through the neighborhood, or just the right aquarium ornament to make their water-space feel like "home".
JKL: I see that you offer free shipping on "most" of your items. Why not all?
AP: I do offer FREE SHIPPING on most of the products. Those for which we have a shipping charge is most likely because of its size and weight and requires a surcharge due to the dimensions.
JKL: Ok, I feel better about that. What about guarantees and returns?
